V.A. Consideration to approve the minutes of the March 20, 2023 regular board meeting.

V.C. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to advertise for bids for paper products for the 2023-2024 school year.

V.D. Consideration to authorize the Director of Buildings and Grounds to advertise for bids for trash containers/pickup for the 2023-2024 school year.

V.E. Consideration to approve the facility use fee schedule and terms of use for 2022-2023.

V.F. Consideration to authorize full payment of salaries on or before June 15, 2023 for all employees not returning to the District for the 2023-2024 school year.

V.G. Consideration to amend the District Stipend list to include an Athletic Audio-Visual stipend, in the amount of $3,231.00.

V.H. Consideration to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Waterloo Community Unit School District 5 and OKAW Regional Vocational System.

V.I. Consideration to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Waterloo Community Unit School District 5 and Lindenwood University School of Education, in regard to hosting observation/practicum students and/or student teachers.

V.J. Consideration to employ Kiernen Dabbs and Wayne Hotchkiss as summer tech workers, contingent upon the results of background checks, with a start date of May 30, 2023 and end date of August 11, 2023, and to set the rate of pay at $13.00 per hour, per the recommendation of Nick Hergenroeder, Director of Technology.

V.K. Consideration to employ the following as seasonal summer help, for the summer of 2023, at the Step 1 pay rate for custodians, per the Agreement Between The Board of Education of Waterloo Community Unit School District No. 5 and Waterloo Association of Service Personnel: Amber Dillard, Jennifer Evans, Emilee Horn, and Lisa Morgan.

V.L. Consideration to employ the following as Kennel Klub staff, effective April 18, 2023, to begin with the 2023 summer session, contingent upon the results of background checks and TB tests: Erin Chaffin, Nadia Franks, Leryn Hill, Ellie Metzger, Miranda Moretto, Morgan Riggs, Sarah Robert, Jaime Tyson, and Jeremy Tyson.

V.M. Consideration to approve a general leave of absence request from Kennady Carpenter, dated February 22, 2023, effective March 16, 2023 through the end of the 2022-2023 school year.

V.N. Consideration to approve a general leave of absence request from Patty Lenhardt, dated March 26, 2023, effective March 14, 2023 through the end of the 2022-2023 school year.

V.O. Consideration to accept a letter of resignation, dated March 20, 2023, from Lorren Ryan, special education paraprofessional, effective at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.
