        Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education
        of the Roswell Independent School District will meet
        in Executive Session with Legal Counsel to discuss
        pending or threatened litigation as permitted under
        Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the New Mexico Open
        Meetings Act specifically to discuss a special education
        due process complaint styled Student v. Roswell
        Independent School District, DPH 2526-10 (before
        a special education due process hearing officer),
        including possible settlement.

        Possible action to authorize Legal Counsel
        and Superintendent to proceed with legal
        strategy as discussed in Executive Session,
        in the matter styled Student v. Roswell
        Independent School District, DPH 2526-10
        (before a special education due process
