V.D. Consider/Approve a resolution by the board of trustees of the D’Hanis Independent School District authorizing the issuance of obligations designated as “D’Hanis Independent School District
limited  maintenance tax notes, series 2015”; making provision for the payment thereof by the annual levy of the district’s maintenance and operations ad valorem taxes; providing the terms and conditions of said notes and resolving other matters incident and relating to the issuance, payment security sale, and delivery of said notes; authorizing the execution of a paying agent/registrar agreement and a purchase and investment letter; complying with the requirements of the letter of representations previously executed with the depository trust company and  providing an effective date.
