Mentors for the East High School Dare Devils Robotics Team presented an update on the Duluth East High School Dare Devils Robotics Team.
1.A.2) Regulation 6240R Demonstration of Mastery for Credit

Dr. Mike Cary, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, will present revisions to Regulation 6240R Demonstration of Mastery for Credit.
1.A.3) Summer School Presentation

Nathan Glockle  and Adrian Norman, Summer School Principals/ Coordinators, presented information on the 2015 Summer School Program along with comparison of student offerings and student numbers from past years.
1.A.4) Risk Assessment Presentation

Mike Meyer, School Social Worker, and Ron Lake, Climate Coordinator, presented information regarding Risk Assessment.
1.A.5) Regulation 5085R - Student Discipline for Elementary and Secondary Schools 2015-16

Rachel Jackson, Assistant Principal at Ordean-East Middle School, presented the revised Regulation 5085R - Student Discipline for Elementary and Secondary Schools 2015-16 culminating from the year-long work of the Student Policy Handbook Committee.

2.A. Policy 5090 - Use of Cell Phones, Digital Imaging Devices, and Other Personal Electronic Devices

Rachel Jackson, Assistant Principal at Ordean-East Middle School, presented revisions to Policy 5090 - Use of Cell Phones, Digital Imaging Devices, and Other Personal Electronic Devices for the first reading.
2.B. Recommended Revisions to Policy 5084 - Bullying Prohibition Policy

Attached are recommended revisions to Policy 5084 -Bully Prohibition Policy for the second reading.  Ron Lake, Climate Coordinator, was available to answer any questions.
2.C. Local Education Agency (LEA) Authorizer

It is recommended that the Duluth School Board authorize Charlie Leibfried, Federal Programs Supervisor, to act as the LEA representative for the Duluth Public Schools in filing application for funds as provided under Public Law 103-382 for the 2015-16 School Year.
2.D. Access to Internet Student Data - Non-District Employees

It is requested that the following organizations be granted access to the Student Information System to support District functions from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
