1.A. Intercultural Leadership Project Overview and Summary

Joan Sargent and Shane Erickson presented an overview of the Office of Education Equity funded Intercultural Leadership Project, which was followed with a summary of the focus group research conducted by University of Minnesota - Duluth consultants Dr. Shelley Smith and Paula Pederson.
1.B. Transition for STC Courses - 2011-12

Bill Gronseth presented an overview of one-year recommendations for the transition of STC courses to our new high schools.  During this year of transition administration will gather data, monitor, and make adjustments to STC's programming to best serve our students.
1.C. Response to Intervention (RTI) Model Overview

Keith Dixon, Bill Gronseth, and Tawnyea Lake presented an overview of the RTI model.
1.D. Hase Family Scholarship

Keith Dixon and Bill Gronseth led discussion on the future distribution of the Fred Hase Memorial Scholarship, which was established last school year specifically for Central students.
