2.A. Persons attending the meeting may request an Open Forum Sign-Up Card. The card for the Special Called Meeting must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the Board President or designee prior to the meeting being convened at 5:30 p.m. The Open Forum for this Special Meeting is limited to the action agenda item for Canvassing of the School Board Election on May 3, 2025 and the Order Declaring Results of the Election held on May 3, 2025. Speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes. When more than one individual wishes to address the same agenda item, the President may ask the group to appoint one spokesperson.
