2.A. Persons attending the meeting may request an Open Forum Sign-Up Card. The card must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the Board President or designee by 5:30 p.m. The first Open Forum is limited to agenda items other than personnel, public officers, and individual/specific students. Speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes. When more than one individual wishes to address the same agenda item, the President may ask the group to appoint one spokesperson.

5. ACTION AS A RESULT OF CLOSED SESSION

5.A. Consider and take possible action regarding the Superintendent's recommendation for the proposed nonrenewal of the Chapter 21 term employment contract(s); to authorize the Superintendent to provide written notice to the employee(s) on behalf of the District as required by law; and for the Board of Trustees to conduct the proposed nonrenewal hearing, if any.

5.B. Consider and take possible action regarding the Superintendent's reommendation for the proposed termination of the Chapter 21 term employment contract(s) and to authorize the Superintendent to provide written notice to the employee(s) on behalf of the District as required by law.
