5. General Business Agenda:  The Board will consider, discuss, and take action as needed:

5.1. Review and approve Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Collection of Taxes for Danbury Independent School District. 

5.2. Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials Survey 2024-2025

5.3. Consider and approve the Summer Hours of Operation as presented in the Board Memo. 

5.4. Consider and approve giving hiring authority to the Superintendent from May 20th, 2024 to August 19th, 2024.

5.5. Review and approve the Resolution Adopting the Brazoria County Hazard Mitigation Plan 2023.

5.6. Consider and approve the out-of-state trip for the Panther Band for the rescheduled date of March 2026.

5.7. Review and approve a Danbury ISD 2024-2025 Academic Calendar.

6. Adjournment to a closed or executive session will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.071 - 551.089 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following section and purposes: Texas Government Code Sections:
