Let the record show that a quorum of board members is present, that this meeting has been duly called and that Notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code 551".

3.A. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the
agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a
closed meeting in accordance with Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov't
Code, Chapter 551, Supchapters D and E.
