Description:
The Learning Acceleration Support Opportunities (LASO) Cycle 4 grant provides districts with targeted funding to strengthen instructional systems, accelerate student learning, and expand educator development programs. LASO 4 builds on the work initiated in previous LASO cycles and supports continued improvement in curriculum implementation, instructional leadership, and teacher pipelines. For Snyder ISD, LASO 4 includes opportunities under the Curriculum and Education & Training allotments—such as LIFT, LIFT SI PLC, and SI CISG—that directly align with the district’s ongoing efforts through LASO 3, the Strong Foundations Implementation (SFI) grant, the Texas Tech Mentor Teacher partnership, and Grow Your Own initiatives. Participation in LASO 4 will allow the district to deepen HQIM implementation, enhance PLC structures, strengthen leadership capacity, and expand teacher development pathways to ensure sustainable instructional improvement across all campuses. |
