Description:
This training session and workshop, provided by the Texas Association of School Boards, is to fulfill the requirements for Board / Superintendent Training under Texas Administrative Code 19 TAC 61.1(b)(4). The Board will participate with the Superintendent in this training and workshop. The purpose of the training includes: enhancing the effectiveness of the Board-Superintendent team; reviewing and appraising the roles, rights and responsibilities of the School Board; and, assessing the team's continuing education needs.
