Klein ISD et al, Cause No.H-14-923 in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas and Michael Van Deelen v. Pilkington, Docket No. 2014-45096, in Harris County District Court and including Board governance;
• 551.072: discussing purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property;
• 551.074: deliberation regarding appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of public officer or employee, discussing employment, evaluation, or discipline of personnel, including superintendent's contract and evaluation;
• 551.076: discussing security personnel and devices;
• 551.082: discussing disciplinary matters or complaints regarding school children and/or school district employees;
• 551.0821: discussing personally identifiable information about public school students; and
