2. Executive Session

2.A. 551.071 An executive session will be held for the purpose of having a private consultation with the Board's attorney, Hilary Haglund Walker, for the purpose of discussing matters where the duty of counsel to his client, pursuant to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflicts with this Act.
Discussion to accept the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools for discharge of employees within the affected employment area(s) because of a Reduction in Force and to determine the employees to be proposed for discharge and to authorize the providing of written notice to the affected employees of the proposed action.

2.B. 551.074 An executive session will be held for the purpose of discussing personnel or to deliberate hearing complaints against personnel, or to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
Discussion to accept the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools for discharge of employees within the affected employment area(s) because of a Reduction in Force and to determine the employees to be proposed for discharge and to authorize the providing of written notice to the affected employees of the proposed action.

4. Consideration and Board Action, if any, to approve the Superintendent's recommendation of employees to be affected by reduction in force and direction to the Superintendent to give appropriate notice to affected employees

5. Consideration and Board Action, if any, on teacher term contract recommendations
