Pursuant to Texas Government Code §§551.071 and 551.129, the Board will consult with the Board’s legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to the real property described as a 34.468 acre tract of land situated in the John E. Mischamp Survey, A-490, in Frio County, Texas, and being a part of Outlot 36 in the City of Dilley as set out in Envelope 55b of the plat Records in Frio County, Texas, and its contract for purchase from NB 26 Properties, LLC.
