Approval of agreement with 3OE Higher Education Solutions, an Independent Contractor, to assist and support the second year activities associated with implementation, tracking, and reporting of the Department of Education five-year Title III Grant, and to serve as an Independent Evaluator of the grant, in compliance with grant requirements, in the amount not to exceed $30,331.00, effective December 15, 2020, to June 30, 2021, as submitted.
