Under 551.074 Consideration of Recommendation of the Certified Hearing Examiner and oral argument in TEA Docket No. 024-LH-12-2015. Scurry-Rosser ISD v. Sammie Lynn (Before Mark K. Vasquez, Certified Hearing Examiner, Texas Education Agency), and possible action on same. This hearing will be held in closed session under Texas Government Code section 551.074, unless the employee who is the subject of this hearing request an open hearing. At any time during the hearing or during deliberations, the Board may also go into closed session to confer with its attorney, pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.071. |
