Under Tex. Gov't Code 551.071: Consultation with the school district's attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act, specifically including the legal issues related to the Superintendent's Voluntary Retirement Agreement, and the contract, duties, reassignment, discipline, and evaluation of public officers, superintendent, assistant superintendent, business manager, principals, assistant principals, counselors, Athletic Director, teachers, and at-will employees.

Under Tex. Gov't Code 5511.074: Discuss the contract duties, reassignment, discipline, and evaluation of superintendent, assistant superintendent, business manager, principals, assistant principals, counselors, athletic director, teachers, and at-will employees.  Discuss Superintendent's Voluntary Retirement Agreement.
