Consideration and possible action, including adoption of a Resolution Approving the Sale of Real Property, regarding the possible sale of the surface only of the real property described in the Hill County Appraisal District as "Property #118878, 27.597 acres" and also described in the Special Warranty Gift Deed as follows:
 
Being the SECOND TRACT in the deed from L.C. McCommas et ux to J.A. Martin, recorded in Volume 288, Page 118, Deed Records of Hill County, Texas, on November 26, 1937, being a part of block number 13 of a subdivision of the F.M. Weathered (also spelled Weatheread or Weatherred) Survey, A -931, Hill County, Texas:
BEGINNING at the NE corner of said block;
THENCE - S 60 W 658 varas, to SW corner of Kimmons tract on the east line of Wm. Wright;
THENCE - S 30 E with Wm. Wright and Perkins east line 244 varas, to SW corner of this tract and northwest corner of Joe Millers tract, near oil well on Miller tract;
THENCE - North 60 E with Millers line 658 varas to the east line of Block #13;
THENCE - N 30 W with Phillips west line 244 varas to the beginning, containing 23 acres of land, more or less.

I. Executive Session Texas Govt Code:551.074
The Board will meet in executive session to discuss Personnel. The executive session deliberations will be held pursuant to the "Personnel Matters; Closed Meeting" exception to the Texas Open Meetings Act as set forth in Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.

2. Consultation with Attorney:  Pursuant to Texas Government Code §§551.071 and 551.129, the Board may hold a closed session to receive advice from the District’s attorney regarding legal issues related to the sale of the surface only of real property as identified on the agenda, and, pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.072, the Board may deliberate regarding the value of real property.
