I. CALL TO ORDER AND FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS
I.A. Announcement by the chairperson whether a quorum is present, and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
II. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO U.S. AND TEXAS FLAGS
III. PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING TRUSTEE ELECTIONS
III.A. Registered voters and other residents of the District, or their designated representatives, may comment on whether or not they are in favor of the Board of Trustees adopting an Order that Trustees should be elected from not fewer than five (5) single member districts with two (2) Trustees continuing to be elected from the district at large.  Proposed, specific redistricting proposals may be submitted in accordance with the Guidelines approved by Order No. 11-12-01 adopted October 17, 2011. 

The Board may consult with the Board’s Attorney in closed session on any matter in which the duty of the Attorney to the Board under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act.
