(For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee pursuant to Section 551.074.)
12.B. Discuss the potential value and plan for sale of the former West Elementary School property. (For the purpose of discussing the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person pursuant to Section 551.072.)
12.C. Discuss confidential student discipline matters. (For the purpose of deliberating a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation pursuant to Section 551.0821.)
