Board members may attend and participate by electronic means in regular or special meetings of the Board in accordance with the provision of Sections 551.125 or 551.127 of the Texas Government Code For purposes, "electronic means" shall be defined as attendance via telephone, video or audio conferencing, or other electronic device. At least a quorum of the board will be participating in person.
