Adjournment to closed or executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074 and 551.082 of the “Open Meetings Act”, for the following purposes: -Personnel- Deliberation regarding professional employees. - Student Discipline- Deliberation regarding a disciplinary matter. Should any final action, final decision, or final vote be required in the opinion of the School Board with regard to any matter considered in such closed/executive session, the final action, final decision, or final vote shall be either: 1. In the open meeting covered by the Notice upon the reconvening of the public meeting or open session; or 2. At a subsequent public meeting of the School Board upon notice thereof as the School Board shall determine. |
