2. Closed Meeting - Executive Session - The open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board will adjourn into executive session pursuant to the following provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act:

2.A. Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

2.B. Texas Government Code Section Sec. 551.082, to conduct a meeting to deliberate in a case involving discipline of a public school child.
|
|
2.C. Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to conduct a meeting to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.
|
|
3. Open Session - The Board convenes into open session to consider action on items discussed in Executive Session.

3.A. Consider and take action on student appeal matter.

4. Adjourn
