 DCE-Local
The District may issue noncertified employment contracts to noncertified professional or noncertified administrative employees as determined by the Superintendent and approved by the Board.

Noncertified contracts may be used for positions that require advanced training, specialized responsibilities, or duties that the Superintendent determines are best supported through a contract rather than at-will employment.

Employees issued a noncertified contract shall be employed under the terms and conditions of the District's approved noncertified contract form.

Employees not designated by the Board to receive a noncertified contract shall be employed on an at-will basis in accordance with DCE(LOCAL).
