Consider and possible action regarding possible agreement with an architect/engineer for either independent design representative services or architectural/contract administration services for the Fieldhouse project based on the professional’s demonstrated competence and qualifications, including possible delegation to the Superintendent to finalize negotiations and execute any agreement.
