8.A. Consider and take action on granting authority to the superintendent to apply for a grant for an electric school bus. It replaces a bus that was in service for the 23-24 school year that is still operational (starts and moves in all directions.) The bus has to be older than 2010.

Consider and/or act upon Resolution disapproving an action of the Real Central Appraisal District, to-wit: appeal of Judgment in Cause No. 2023-3845-DC; Real County, Texas vs. Real Central Appraisal District and Juan Saucedo, in his official capacity as Chief Appraiser for the Real Central Appraisal District, Defendants. |
