3. PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS BUDGET AND TAX RATE FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

4.A. Discuss and take possible action to approve Financing Plan for the Sale of Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series, 2024.
4.B. Discuss and take possible action to approve program to reduce cell phone usage at the High School and the Junior High.
4.C. Discuss and take possible action to approve the 2024-2025 Proposed Budgets for Adoption: General Fund, Food Service, and Debt Service.
4.D. Discuss and take possible action ranking proposals to the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for Door and Lock Purchases and Installation for Natalia Door and Lock Security Upgrades Project, and delegating authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the final contract for the Contractor for said Project. 

4.E. Discuss and take possible action to add, revise, or delete (LOCAL) policies as offered by TASB policy service for consideration and according to the instruction sheet for TASB localized policy Manual Update 123.

4.F. Discuss and take possible action to approve Policy DEC to reduce local days by 2 and charge for local days used.

4.G. Discuss and take possible action to approve EIC (LOCAL) regarding academic achievement and class rank.

4.H. Discuss and take possible action to approve GKD (LOCAL) regarding community relations and nonschool use of facilities

5.A. Consider and approve minutes from the May 13, 2024 Regular Meeting and the June 10, 2024 Special Meeting.
5.B. Consider and approve the May 2024 Financials.
5.C. Consider and approve expenditure over $25,000 for the asbestos abatement in the elementary cafeteria using bond funds.
5.D. Consider and approve $7000 donation from Athletic Booster Club for athletic equipment, athletic post season travel and end of year celebrations.
5.E. Consider and approve revised Kindergarten Acceleration Plan.
5.F. Consider and approve the final rankings of the Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing firms and authorize the superintendent to enter into contract negotiations and execute contracts as specified in Texas Government Code Section 2254.004. 
5.G. Consider and approve Budget Amendment #11 General Fund.
5.H. Consider and approve Budget Amendment #5 Food Service.
5.I. Consider and approve appointing Johnette Dixon, Chief Appraiser, as the individual to calculate and prepare the 2024 No-New Revenue and Voter-Approval Tax Rates for the Natalia ISD.
