A. Section 551.074 - Personnel Matters The Board will discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment,duties,discipline or dismissal of public employees or officials. B. Section 551.076 - Safety and Security - The board is not required to conduct an open meeting to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices, or to deliberate a security audit. C. Section 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney - The board may conduct a private consultation with its attorney only when it seeks the attorney's advice about pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer or on a matter in which the attorney's duty of confidentiality conflicts with the requirement for open meetings. 1.) Consultation with legal counsel and possible deliberations regarding the proposed Reinvestment Zone and the proposed agreement for Limitation on Appraised Tax Value with Pisgah Ridge Solar2, LLC Reinvestment Zone. |
