Tract 1: That certain tract or parcel of land containing 10.00 acres, more or less, out of Survey 12, Abstract 1051, lying and being situated in the Town of Cotulla, located between Mustang Creek and Block Nos One (1, 2, 3 & 4) of the Garden Homes Subdivision No. 1 and known as the old Cotulla Football field area. Being further described in that certain Warranty Deed dated August 31, 1972, by and between The Board of Trustees of the Cotulla Independent School District as Grantor and Lola Gonzalez, as Grantee, recorded in Vol. 201, page 26 of the deed records of Clerk of Court, LaSalle
County, Texas.  
Tract 2: That certain tract or parcel of land containing 1.3223 acres, out of Survey 12, Abstract 1051. Said tract described as being all of Block 1, (Lots 1-12), Town of La Salle Addition of the Town of Cotulla,a plat of which is recorded in Vol. I2, Page 538 of the Deed Records of La Salle County, Texas. 
Tract 3: That certain tract or parcel of land containing 0.09180 acres, out of Survey 12, Abstract 1051. Said tract described as being Block 1, Lot 3, Jay’s Addition of the Town of Cotulla, a plat of which is recorded in Vol. F2, Page 621 of the Deed Records of La Salle County, Texas.
