VI.A. Approve the minutes for January 22, 2018 (Special), February 23, 2018 (Special), February 26, 2018 (Regular) 
VI.B. Consider and take possible action to approve a Second Amendment to the District's Oil and Gas Lease with Carrizo (Eagle Ford) LLC and extend the Lease's Primary Term by two years in accordance with the terms of the Lease for 9.24025 acres, more or less, as included in the Lots of the Town Site of Gardendale as follows:

Tract 1: Lot 12 of Block 8, Lot 9 of Block 9, Lot 1 of Block 27, Lot 1 of Block 32,Lot 6 of Block 47, Lots 1 & 7 of Block 48, Lot 10 of Block 50, Lot 7 of Block 72, Lots 1 & 2 of Block 80, Lot 5 of block 83, and Lot 4 of Block 84. All of these lots conveyed to the Cotulla Independent School District, Trustee in the Sheriffs Deed dated September 30, 1994 recorded at Volume 372, Page 273 of the Deed Records of La Salle County, TX.

Tract 2: Lot 6 of Block 48. This lot conveyed to the Cotulla Independent School District, Trustee in the Sheriffs Deed dated August 13, 1984 recorded at Volume 264, Page 435 of the Deed Records of La Salle County, TX.

Tract 3: Lots 8, 9 & 10 of Block 10, Lot 4 of Block 23, Lots 9 & 12 of Block 24, Lots 3, 7 & 9 of Block 27, Lot 9 of Block 30 and Lot 9 of Block 37. All of these lots conveyed to the Cotulla Independent School District, Trustee in the Sheriffs Deed dated September 30, 1994 recorded at Volume 372, Page 270 of the Deed Records of La Salle County, TX.

Tract 4: Lot 4 of Block 47, Lots 4, 5 & 9 of block 48, Lots 1, 8 & 11 of Block 50, Lot 7 of Block 69 and Lot 3 of Block 82. All of these lots conveyed to the Cotulla Independent School District, Trustee in the Sheriffs Deed dated September 30, 1994 recorded at Volume 372, Page 276 of the Deed Records of La Salle County, TX.

Tract 5: Lot 8 of Block 19, Lots 5, 8 & 12 of Block 23, Lots 10 & 11 of Block 24, Lots 1 & 3 of Block 28, Lot 1 of Block 31, Lots 2 & 3 of Block 32, Lot 8 of Block 34, Lots 2, 8, 10, 11 & 12 of Block 48, Lot 1 of Block 54, Lot 27 of Block 64 and Lot 12 of Block 69. All of these lots conveyed to the
Cotulla Independent School District, Trustee in the Sheriffs Deed dated September 30, 1994 recorded at Volume 372, Page 279 of the Deed Records of La Salle County, TX.
 
Tract 6: Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 of Block 36. All of these lots conveyed to V. E. Reichard by the Cotulla Independent School District in a Deed dated June 20,1952 recorded at Volume 136, Page 73 of the Deed Records of La Salle County, TX. In said deed the Cotulla Independent School District reserved all Oil, Gas and Minerals.
