THENCE with fence and NE line said Highway 468, N54°42’W
1342.2 feet to a fence corner post and the beginning of a flare;
THENCE along fence and flare to the right, N4°35’W 125.3
feet to the SE line of State Highway 97;
THENCE with fence along the SE line said Highway 97,
N46°36’E 163.5 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE along said curve, whose radius is 3819.7 feet and
deflection angle is 1°30’, a total distance of 826.7 feet to the NE corner said

THENCE S45°01’W 552.0 feet to the place of beginning
