VI.A. Public hearing on lease of oil, gas and minerals

VI.B. Consideration and possible action to adopt resolution accepting bid for oil, gas and mineral lease and authorizing an oil, gas and mineral lease on the following tract of real property:

Tract 1:  Being 20 acres of land more, or less being situated in the County of La Salle in the State of Texas, lying east of or near the town of Cotulla and being out of and part of Survey No. Twelve (12) herein conveyed being more particularly described in metes and bounds in deed dated September 19, 1977, from Ruth Sibley to Cotulla Independent School District, recorded in Volume 208, on Page 295, of the Real Property Records of La Salle County, Texas.

Tract 2:  Being 20 acres of land more, or less out of Survey No. 12, Abstract No. 1051, Original Grantee, S.A. & M.G.R.R. Co., and being more particularly described in metes and bounds in deed dated January 20, 1970 from Jean Iwan Gilmore and husband Morris A. Gilmore to Cotulla Independent School District, recorded in Volume 158, on page 63 of the Real Property Records of La Salle County, Texas.

Tract 3:  Being 17.712 acres of land more, or less being 4.82 acres out of the S.A & MG.R.R. Co. Survey 11, Abstract 669 and 12.892 acres out of the J. Laxon Survey 12, Abstract 1051 in La Salle County, Texas; and being more particularly described in metes and bounds in deed date June 17, 1977, from Helen Storey Individually and as Independent Executrix of the Estate of Hogue Poole, deceased to Cotulla Independent School District, recorded in Volume 210, on Page 232 of the Real Property Records of La Salle County, Texas.
