3. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Executive Session will be held for the purposes authorized by the State of Texas Open Meetings Act,   *Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the sections and purposes listed below.
3.A. Consultation with Legal Counsel Regarding Ongoing Student Discipline Matters, Texas Govt. Code 551.071
3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, Private Consultation with the Board's Attorney When the Board Seeks the Advice of it's Attorney About: (1) Pending Contemplated Litigation; (2) a Settlement Offer; or (3) on a Matter in Which the Duty of the Attorney to the Governmental Body Under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas Clearly Conflicts with this Chapter.  Attorney Consultation Regarding Real Property

Early Subdivision, a Subdivision of Brazoria County, Texas, According to the Map of Plat Thereof Recorded in Volume 5, Page 331, to: (1) Allow for the Temporary Storage of Offisite Building Materials Under a Separate Lease Agreement; and (2) Extend the Time to Obtain a Building Permit and Begin Residential Construction, and Authorize the Board President to Sign an Agreement Regarding Same
