WHEREAS, __________ is a probationary teacher in Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District No. 916, BE IT RESOLVED, by the School Board of Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District No. 916, that pursuant to M.S. 122A.40, the teaching contract of __________, a probationary teacher in Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District No. 916, is hereby terminated at the end of the working day on June 30, 2025. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that written notice be sent to said teacher regarding termination and nonrenewal of their contract as provided by law, and that said notice shall be in substantially the attached form. |
