The State requires formal Board of Education approval in order to grant approval for the City to go out to bid.  The State has agreed to place the BAIMS project on their calendar, January 28, 2022.  Given the current climate of the supply chain for such commodities, nationwide, we would like to take advantage of this timing to ensure we receive FF&E in a timely fashion.

In order for the State to grant approval for us to post a Request for Proposal, the Board of Education must move to approve the Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) package for the Bristol Arts & Innovation Magnet School.  Please be advised, the BAIMS FF&E package has been vetted and approved by the BAIMS building committee, and is well within the allocated budget for the project.
