All public comments at a Special Meeting will be limited to the topics listed on the Special Meeting agenda. 30 minutes will be allotted for public comment per meeting, limited to no more than 3 minutes , maximum per person.  People wishing to speak must sign-up prior to the start of the meeting. 
When appropriate to do so, members of the Board and the administration may respond to comments. However, in consideration of those in attendance and in an effort to proceed in a timely manner, follow-up discussion may need to take place outside of the meeting setting.
