According to state and federal regulations, food service management company contracts can be entered into for one year. After the initial contract, they are eligible for four one-year renewals, which then must be submitted for CSDE approval. |

Rationale:
On September 23, 2020 the Board approved the following: …..payrates for substitutes holding a BA Degree, from $100 to $150 per day and substitutes holding a BA Degree and certification from $115 to $175 per day effective 9/24/20 through 12/31/20 . The personnel sub-committee is recommending, effective immediately, to reinstate the same pay rates through the end of the 2020-21 school year. |

Rationale:
On December 9, 2020 the Permanent Building Commission approved the final payment to G. Donovan, Inc. for the completion of the Killingly Memorial School ADA project, No. 069-0068CV. The PBC is sending the project tot he Killingly Board of Education for official completion and project close-out.
