  1. Year Agreement
  2. Collective Bargaining Agreement is updated to reflect UPSEU as your exclusive bargaining agent/Union.
  3. Wages for the 2020-2021 school year will be increased by 2%
  4. Insurance plan remains in place, with no changes to the plan or premium share for our members.
  5. The MOA relating to the stipend for the Learning Center Assignments will be modified- to include that: For New Hires Only- assignments in Academic Learning Centers will not include the stipend payment, and the parties will revisit this in our next negotiations next year.
  6. No other changes to the current contract in effect.
