7. Prom & Graduation Alternatives
Speaker(s):
Mr. Jim Gildea
Rationale:

Mr. Pascale and Mr. Coplin spoke with all senior families and posted feedback streams, the overwhelming majority wanted to postpone all events to wait until the full formal ceremony can take place, this was also true for prom - students and families were prompted about “virtual” ceremonies - students/families were not interested in this option.

Quarter 3 Grading Policy

All work assigned prior to March 12th is graded and stored in PowerSchool. March 12th is a checkpoint for the Quarter 3 grade. All assignments after March 12th will be accepted without late penalties, and students will be offered the opportunity to resubmit all assignments and tests assigned (after March 12th).  All assignments issued between March 12th and April 9th will be graded and stored in PowerSchool. However, if the new Quarter 3 grade is lower than their March 12th checkpoint grade, the assignment will not count against the student. Grades will be posted on PowerSchool starting Monday, April 6th. No new work will be assigned after April 9th. All assignments need to be submitted by April 17th.

Quarter 4 grading policy would be determined after April 10.

Grades K-3 will use current grading policy.
