5.1. Board Goal 2 - The percentage of students on grade level (meets grade level) in math at the end of 3rd grade will increase from 11% in June 2022 to 50% by June 2027.

5.1.1. GPM 2.1 - The percentage of PreK students that score at or above grade level in CIRCLE PM overall math will increase from 92% in May 2024 to 93% by May 2025.

5.1.2. GPM 2.2 - Roscoe ECC - Predicted performance on Content Based Assessments for Kindergarten scoring at or above grade level will increase from 85% in May 2024 to 90% by May 2025.
LSOA - The percentage of Kindergarten students scoring at or above grade level norm on Universal Screener for Number Sense Math assessment will improve by X percent, which will be set after the completion fo the BOY assessment in September 2024. USNS is a new assessment for LSOA this year, therefore a baseline is not known at this time. |
5.1.3. GPM 2.3 - Roscoe Elementary - Predicted performance on Content Based Assessments for 1st grade math scoring at meets grade level will increase from 78% in May 2024 to 82% in May 2025.
LSOA - The percentage of 1st grade students scoring at or above grade level norm on EOY Universal Screener for Number Sense Math assessment will improve by X percent, which will be set after the completion of the BOY assessment in September 2024. USNS is a new assessment for LSOA this year, therefore a baseline is not known at this time. |
5.1.4. GPM 2.4 - Roscoe Elementary - Predicted performance on Content Based Assessments for 2nd grade math scoring at meets grade level will increase from 61% in 2024 to 68% in May 2025.

5.2. Board Goal 4 - The percentage of students who perform at the meets grade level or above on the Math STAAR/EOC will increase from 9% in June 2022 to 50% by June 2027.

5.2.1. GPM 4.1 - RECC - Math CBA achievement at meets grade level will increase from 85% in May 2024 to 90% in May 2025.
RE - Math CBA achievement at meets grade level will increase from 44% in May 2024 to 54% in May 2025. LSOA - 3rd through 8th grade ELA Interim 2 assessment performance will increase from 42% in May 2024 to 45% by May 2025. RCHS - Math CBA achievement at meets grade level will increase from 38% in May 2024 to 45% by May 2025. |
5.2.2. GPM 4.2 - The district attendance rate for all students will increase from 96% in May 2024 to 97% in May 2025.

5.2.3. GPM 4.3 - Students will meet or exceed their STAAR/EOC YOY (Year Over Year) Growth measure equal to or greater than 50% by May 2025.

5.3. Guardrail 1 - The superintendent shall not allow campus administration or staff to eliminate or neglect the implementation of a positive behavior intervention system on each campus.

5.3.1. GPM 1.1 - The percentage of new teachers and administrators trained in Capturing Kids Hearts will increase from 90% in August of 2024 to 100% in August of 2025.
|
5.3.2. GPM 1.2 - The percentage of teachers and administrators at the high school implementing Capturing Kids Hearts with fidelity as measured by the RCISD CKH rubric will increase from 0% in August 2024 to 100% by August 2027.
