Recommended Motion(s):
  1. I move that we delegate to the Superintendent the authority to enter into these contracts with Jacob Martin to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for the District's 2024 Projects and for facilities assessment and bond planning. I also move that we delegate to the Superintendent the authority to enter into future Project Authorizations with Jacob Martin pursuant to the 2024 Projects Agreement.
