1. Discussion and possible action to approve the Sixth Addendum to the Engagement Letter with Smith, Patterson & Johnson to continue and comply with the Internal Audit Plan for South San Antonio Fiscal Year 2013-14.

2. Discussion and possible action to approve the contract with REM School Business Solutions Group to provide coaching/mentoring services to the staff in the South San business office.
|
|
3. Discussion and possible action to approve Contingency Change Order 08 as related to the South San Antonio ISD 2010 Bond Program in the amount of $13,213.
|
|
4. Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order 19 as related to the South San Antonio ISD 2010 Bond Program in the amount of $28,319.

CLOSED/EXECUTIVE SESSION
NOTICE: The Board of Trustees may elect to go into Closed Meeting any time during the meeting to discuss matters listed on the Agenda when authorized by the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. In the event the Board of Trustees elects to go into Closed Meeting regarding an Agenda Item, the Board of Trustees will hold a Closed Meeting to discuss individual personnel matters including termination, litigation and other matters the Board deems necessary. 8. Deliberation and consultation with legal counsel and the Texas Association of School Boards Executive Search Team regarding review of applicants for the position of Superintendent. (Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 551.071 and 551.074)

9. Deliberation and consultation with legal counsel and the Texas Association of School Boards Executive Search Team regarding next steps in the Superintendent search process to include one or more of the following:
A) Select candidates for preliminary interviews; or B) Select and name finalists or sole finalist. C) In the alternative, designate February 24th or 25th or 26th 2014 as the next meeting date to select and name finalists or sole finalist. (Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 551.071 and 551.074) |

The Board will return to open session and take appropriate action, if any, on items discussed in closed session. No Action will be taken in closed session.
