Notice of School District Called Meeting 
TO BE HELD BY VIDEOCONFERENCE AND TELECONFERENCE

 

 

In accordance with Governor Abbott’s declaration of the COVID-19 public health threat and action to temporarily suspend certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, a quorum of the District’s Board of Directors will hold its called Board meeting by videoconference or teleconference.  The public will have the option to attend the meeting remotely by videoconference or by teleconference.  Instructions on joining the meeting will be available at the Roma ISD website at www.romaisd.com.

Members of the public wishing to make public comment during the meeting must register by emailing 
cguzman@romaisd.com prior to 4:00 p.m. on December 17, 2020.  This meeting will be recorded, and the audio recording will be available on the District’s website after the meeting.  A copy of the agenda packet will be available on the District’s website at the time of the meeting.  

A Called Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Roma Independent School District will be held on 

via videoconference or teleconference.
