Discussion and possible action to accept the Applications from subsidiaries of Bordas Renewable Energy, LLC for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, and to authorize the Superintendent to review the Application(s) for completeness, and to submit the Application(s) to the Comptroller.
