5. Discussion and possible Board action to consider the waiver of job creation requirement requested by Rio Bravo Windpower, LLC.
6. Consider and approve an Agreement with Rio Bravo Windpower, LLC under Chapter 313 of the Texas Economic Development Act to implement a Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes.
7. Discussion and possible action to accept the Applications from subsidiaries of Bordas Renewable Energy, LLC for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, and to authorize the Superintendent to review the Application(s) for completeness, and to submit the Application(s) to the Comptroller.                               
8. Discussion and possible action to retain consultants to assist the District in processing of Application(s) for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property to be submitted by wholly-owned subsidiaries of Bordas Renewable Energy, LLC
