Consideration and discussion regarding the design, construction and scope of the Roma ISD Elementary No. 7 construction Project, which may include but will not be limited to: (i) review, evaluation of the design of the Project including the design documents, drawings, schematics and other materials; (ii) possible architectural or other design or construction related additions or deletions to the Project, (iii) cost engineering of the Project, (iv) the proposed guaranteed maximum price (“GMP”) received from the construction manager at risk and the detailed itemization or basis for same, (v) other subjects as necessary related to the design, scope or construction of the Project, in the best interest of the District.
