INFO: **The purpose of the use of cooperative contract National IPA/OMNIA # 221201 is to obtain Third Party Services to administer the District’s Ancillary 125 Benefit Program. Services will be done through National Omnia Cooperative with vendor TCG and First Financial Group of America. Contract for the 125 Benefit Program will be effective September 1, 2023.

INFO: **The OFSDP application is in conjunction with the Graduation Alliance Texas Student Reengagement Program ("Program") agreement which was Board Approved on October 18, 2022. In accordance with the requirements of Texas Education Code ("TEC") Section 29.081 (e-2), the Program is to provide educational opportunities for eligible students who are working toward course credits which can be converted to high school credits through the Student Program.
