INFO: **Proclamation for National School Nurse Day acknowledges the accomplishments of the Socorro Independent School District school nurses in meeting the needs of today's students by improving the effective delivery of health care in our schools.

INFO: **EPCC and SISD desire to continue collaborating in the development and support of a P-TECH program at Eastlake High School, El Dorado High School, Montwood High School, and Pebble Hills High School. EPCC shall waive tuition and fees for college credit courses for each P-TECH student enrolled in such courses, provided, however, that such courses are related to that student's official degree plan. INFO: **The purpose of this Agreement is to state the terms and conditions under which the SISD is authorized to use the Sheriff's Office incinerator to destroy confiscated narcotics evidence. SISD shall pay the County one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per pound for the destruction of narcotics. (General Funds)

INFO: **The Child Nutrition Services Department will purchase a furnishing solution for El Dorado High School in the amount of $454,631.01 for the 2022-23 school year. (General Funds)

INFO: **On March 21, 2023, the Board approved the utilization of TIPS Cooperative Contract #21060102 for LED retrofitting and replacement of fixtures in the amount of $791,266.00. Administration is presenting the contract for the Board's consideration.

INFO: **On March 21, 2023, the Board approved the utilization of 1 GPA Contract 19-03DP-08 for HVAC upgrades in the amount of $4,676,801.00. Administration is presenting the contract for the Board's consideration.

INFO: **The District solicited a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain Bond Counsel Services in connection with a potential Socorro ISD Bond Program. The Socorro Independent School District issued this RFQ for Bond Counsel for a full range of Bond Counsel Services that the District may prospectively require. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first step in a two-step process for selecting a Firm. The RFQ process provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Qualifications for consideration and initial ranking by the district. The District will negotiate fees with the awarded firm.
