Consider and take possible action to authorize the Superintendent to solicit informal qualifications statements from licensed professional engineers to review the cost savings projections of the selected Energy Services Company, as required by statute, to evaluate the qualifications and select a qualified engineer and to negotiate and execute a contract for such review.

Consider and take possible action to authorize the Superintendent to submit the Energy Services Company’s Project Development Proposal(s) to the District’s independent engineer for review and approval and upon approval, bring the Energy Services Company’s Project Development Proposal(s) and proposed pricing for the Energy Savings Performance Contract back to the Board for final approval.
