Public Comment  (the board encourages comments from citizens of the district and from district employees.  Anyone wishing to speak, either as an individual or as a representative of a group may do so at this time.  The board asks that comments pertain to public education issues and be no longer than five minutes.  Legally the board may not discuss or act upon any issues that are not posted on our agenda for tonight's meeting.  If an issue mentioned is listed on tonight's agenda, the board will defer discussion until the appropriate time during the meeting.)

The Board will discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of public employees or officials.  (this may involve consultation with attorney as permitted under Section 551.071). - Consider Administrator Contracts
3.B. Section 551.072 - Deliberation Regarding Real Property
A governmental body may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value or real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.

Discussion of an Easement Agreement, including an Access Easement, between the City of Litte River Academy and Academy ISD on the property commonly known as Grossman Park, more particularly described as a 0.6818-acre tract (approximately 29,699 sq. ft.), located in the Maximo Survey, Abstract No. 14, Bell County, Texas, and being part of a called 8.000 acre tract of land being described in a Warranty Deed, conveyed to the City of Little River Academy, dated December 15, 1988, and recorded in Document No. 1998029525, of the official records of Bell County, Texas.

4.A. Consider and take action on matters resulting from closed session if any, as listed pursuant to Sections 551.071, 551.072 and 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.

Consider and take action of an Easement Agreement, including an Access Easement, between the City of Litte River Academy and Academy ISD on the property commonly known as Grossman Park, more particularly described as a 0.6818-acre tract (approximately 29,699 sq. ft.), located in the Maximo Survey, Abstract No. 14, Bell County, Texas, and being part of a called 8.000 acre tract of land being described in a Warranty Deed, conveyed to the City of Little River Academy, dated December 15, 1988, and recorded in Document No.1998029525, of the official records of Bell County, Texas.
4.C. Consider and take action on a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Academy
Independent School District regarding receipt of an easement interest in a City of Little-River Academy real property commonly known as Grossman Park, more particularly described as a 0.6818-acre tract (approximately 29,699 sq. ft.), located in the Maximo Survey, Abstract No. 14, Bell County, Texas, and being part of a called 8.000 acre tract of land being described in a Warranty Deed, conveyed to the City of Little River Academy, dated December 15, 1988, and recorded in Document No. 1998029525, of the official records of Bell County, Texas.
