3.A. Public Hearing, pursuant to Texas Education Code § 45.1105, in connection with abandoning the junior high gymnasium project, one of the specific purposes for which the District's Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2023, approved at the November 8, 2022 bond election, were authorized.

3.B. Consider and take possible action in connection with abandoning the junior high gymnasium project, one of the specific purposes authorized by Proposition B in the November 8, 2022 bond election.

3.C. Consider and take possible action in connection with using unspent Series 2023 bond funds for a purpose other than to retire the bonds and for the new specific purpose of a multipurpose athletic facility
